The amenities were relaxing and enjoyable during our stay.
We faced significant challenges with the unfriendly staff, particularly the older waiter at breakfast. He was dismissive when I asked for assistance, making me feel like a burden. the thin walls led to sleepless nights from the noise of neighboring rooms, which truly affected our overall experience.

the view from my room was just stunning, but that doesn’t make up for the dated furniture and shocking air conditioning. i mean, how am i expected to enjoy my stay when i’m practically sweating? ! i also would’ve appreciated a complimentary drink, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.

The location is convenient, just a short walk from the seafront, and the breakfast offered a great variety including options cooked to order. the dinner choices could improve, especially for vegetarians, and having to pay for the fridge felt unnecessary. I appreciated the friendly service and the cleanliness of the rooms, making it suitable for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

comfy sofa seating, picturesque views, large reception area
Rooms are very outdated and cramped!!! Charging for pool towels is ridiculous. Thin walls are a nuisance, making it hard to find peace and quiet!!!

Just a perfect match for a mini-vacation in Port De Soller with great value-to-price ratio. The view from the balcony was amazing, making mornings truly special. If you’re looking for a quick bite, try the local cafes nearby instead of the hotel breakfast.

had a great time at eden nord! the staff were super friendly, always ready to help. breakfast was really good with tons of choices, especially the fresh fruit! our room was clean and comfy. We loved the view of the mountains from the balcony. the pool area was nice too, plenty of loungers and it felt really relaxed.
only downside was that the walls were kinda thin, so we could hear a bit of noise from the other rooms. also, having to pay for the fridge and wifi felt annoying.

The stunning views from the top floor balcony overlooking the bay and the convenient proximity to the tram terminus, beach, and numerous restaurants made our stay truly enjoyable.
The hotel shows some signs of wear and could benefit from an update.

The reasons I’m conflicted
The hotel's communal areas are trendy and welcoming, with beautiful tropical plants and comfortable seating. The staff provided good service, and the location is fantastic, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach.
While the public spaces are renovated, the rooms remain outdated, and some maintenance issues were noted, including thin walls that can lead to noise disturbances.

Comfortable stay with amazing views
During my recent stay, I enjoyed the perfect ambiance created by the modern decor and lovely plants in the reception area. My fourth-floor room had a spacious balcony offering breathtaking mountain views, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. the hot water was unpredictable at times, which could be frustrating during my shower routine.

While the hotel offers friendly staff and a beautiful setting with mountain views, the thin walls lead to noise disturbances. Although the breakfast options are decent, the lack of variety left me wanting more during my time there.
